• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

TridentInbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes necessary (gmail.modify) and do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), and regular security assessments. TridentInbox has passed Google's Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA Tier 2).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth2 (authentication), Microsoft OAuth2 (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and cloud infrastructure providers (hosting). Each third party has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
