1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TridentInbox ("Service"), a product of Trident Business Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TridentInbox is an email inbox management service that helps users organize, clean, and manage their email accounts. The Service connects to your email provider (Gmail, Outlook) via OAuth2 and provides tools for email categorization, bulk cleanup, unsubscription management, sender screening, and automated cleanup rules.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Email Access & Permissions

By connecting your email account, you grant TridentInbox permission to access your email metadata and perform actions (archive, trash, label, mark as read) on your behalf. We use the gmail.modify scope for Gmail, which does not include permanent deletion. You can revoke access at any time through your email provider's settings.

5. Subscription & Billing

TridentInbox offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

TridentInbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, emails, or other damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
