What Is Trident Scribe?

Trident Scribe is an AI-powered email drafting tool that generates professional emails in seconds. Choose a template, set the tone, provide context, and Scribe produces a polished draft ready to send.

Scribe includes 24 templates across 5 categories:

Tone Options

Each draft can be generated in one of 8 tones:

  • Professional, Friendly, Formal, Casual, Assertive, Diplomatic, Enthusiastic, Concise

How to Use Scribe

Standalone Mode

  • Navigate to Trident Scribe from the sidebar
  • Select a template category and specific template
  • Choose your desired tone
  • Enter the context (what the email is about, key points to include)
  • Click "Generate" — Scribe produces a complete draft
  • Edit as needed, then copy to clipboard
  • Mission Control Mode

  • In Mission Control, select an email from your inbox
  • Switch to the Scribe tab in the tools panel
  • Scribe auto-populates the reply context from the selected email
  • Choose template and tone
  • Generate the draft
  • Send directly via Gmail/Outlook or copy to clipboard
  • Saving Drafts

    Generated drafts can be saved to your library for future reference. Saved drafts include:

    • The generated content
    • Template and tone used
    • Date created
    • Optional: share via public link or export as .eml file

    Read Receipt Tracking

    When sending via Mission Control, you can enable read receipt tracking. This embeds an invisible tracking pixel in the email that records when the recipient opens it. View tracking data on the Read Receipts page.

    Tips

    • Provide specific context for better results (mention names, dates, project details)
    • Use the "Concise" tone for busy executives who prefer short emails
    • Save your best drafts as personal templates
    • Always review and personalize AI-generated content before sending
