What Is Fleet?
Fleet is TridentInbox's multi-account management system. Connect multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts and manage them all from one interface. No more switching between tabs or apps.
Connecting Accounts
Account Limits by Plan
- Recon (Free): 1 email account
- Operator ($9.99/mo): Up to 3 email accounts
- Commander ($19.99/mo): Unlimited email accounts
The Fleet Dashboard
Each connected account shows:
- Account email address and provider (Gmail/Outlook)
- Connection status (active, needs re-authentication)
- Last sync timestamp
- Email count and unread count
Cross-Account Features
When multiple accounts are connected:
- Unified Search: Search across all accounts simultaneously
- Combined Analytics: See aggregate statistics across all accounts
- Account Filters: Filter any view by specific account
- Per-Account Rules: Create Patrol rules that apply to specific accounts
Troubleshooting
"Needs Re-authentication": OAuth tokens expire periodically. Click "Reconnect" to refresh the authentication.
Sync Delays: Initial sync can take 1-3 minutes. Subsequent syncs happen automatically.
Permission Errors: Ensure you've granted all requested permissions during the OAuth flow. TridentInbox needs read and manage access to process your emails.
Security
- TridentInbox uses OAuth 2.0 — we never see or store your password
- Tokens are encrypted at rest
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google/Microsoft account settings
- All data transmission is encrypted via TLS
