What Is Scheduled Dispatch?

Trident Dispatch sends automated inbox intelligence reports on a schedule you define. Get regular updates on your inbox health, cleanup activity, and recommended actions delivered directly to your email.

Report Types

Inbox Health Report

A comprehensive summary including:
  • Current Inbox Health Score
  • Score trend (improving/declining)
  • Unread count and category breakdown
  • Top senders by volume
  • Recommended cleanup actions

Patrol Report

Summary of automated rule activity:
  • Emails processed by each rule
  • Rules that need attention
  • Suggested new rules based on patterns

Sweep Targets

Subscription audit results:
  • New subscriptions detected
  • Subscriptions you haven't read recently
  • Recommended unsubscribes

Scheduling Options

  • Weekly: Delivered every Monday morning
  • Monthly: Delivered on the 1st of each month

Setting Up Dispatch

  • Navigate to Trident Dispatch from the sidebar
  • Choose your report frequency (weekly or monthly)
  • Select which report types to include
  • Confirm your delivery email address
  • Activate the dispatch

    • Customization

    • Choose which metrics to include in each report
    • Set the delivery day and time
    • Include or exclude specific accounts from the report
    • Add custom notes or reminders to the report
