What Is the Inbox Health Score?

Scoring Factors

Unread Ratio (25%): What percentage of your inbox is unread? Lower is better.

Email Age (20%): How old are the emails in your inbox? Newer is better.

Subscription Ratio (15%): What percentage is newsletters and promotions? Lower is better.

Response Time (20%): How quickly do you respond to important emails? Faster is better.

Cleanup Activity (20%): Are you actively maintaining your inbox? More activity is better.

Score Ranges

  • 90-100: Elite — your inbox is a well-oiled machine
